Youth and Family Support Services

At Destiny Family Support Services, we aim to empower families, children and young people especial those faced with complex challenges and disabilities. We provide tailored supports to vulnerable individuals and their families to attain stability and safety, maintain healthy wellbeing, learn independent living skills, as well as maintain high quality of dignified life.

We support to link our participants to services, including mentorship, coaching, and to work directly with our participants and family to address their complex issues and empowering them to create a safe, secured, nurturing and stable environment.
